Welcome
Cooking has always been my favorite thing to do. Some people unwind by going out or watching something at the end of the day, but for me it has always been being in the kitchen. I love the process of cooking just as much as the final meal. Planning what to make, picking out ingredients, trying new techniques, and slowly building a table that people can gather around has always felt natural to me.
At True’s Table began as a way for me to share the recipes I cook most often and the meals I love making for friends and family. This space is where I share not only recipes, but also the things that inspire the way I cook and host. You will find restaurant recommendations, favorite cookbooks, thoughts on kitchen tools, and small details that can make a dinner feel special without making it complicated.
What I love most about cooking is that it brings people together. Some of my favorite memories are long dinners where the food is passed around the table, everyone is talking over each other, and no one is in a hurry to leave. Those are the moments that make cooking feel meaningful to me.
This blog is meant to feel the same way those dinners do. Relaxed, welcoming, and centered around good food and good company. At True’s Table is simply a place to share the meals I love, the things I am learning in the kitchen, and the joy that comes from gathering around a table.
