Welcome!

Cooking has always been my favorite thing to do. It’s never felt like something I have to do, it’s something I genuinely look forward to. Whether it’s planning out what I want to make, going to the store and picking out ingredients, or just being in the kitchen with music on, it’s always been the place I feel the most like myself.

Some of my favorite memories are centered around a table. Dinners with friends that last longer than expected, where everyone is talking at once and no one is in a hurry to leave. Those kinds of nights are what made me fall in love with cooking. It was never just about the food, it was about what the food created.

I started sharing what I was cooking on Instagram as a way to document it. At first, it was just something fun, a place to post meals I was proud of or nights that felt worth remembering. But over time, I realized how much I actually care about this. Cooking, hosting, and creating a space where people feel comfortable and welcomed is something that means a lot to me.

Starting At True’s Table felt like the natural next step. I wanted a space that felt a little slower and more personal than Instagram. Somewhere I could share more than just a finished dish. This is where I’ll share the recipes I cook most often, the meals I make for friends, the restaurants that inspire me, and the cookbooks and kitchen tools I keep going back to.

I also want this to be a place that feels real. Not overly complicated or perfect, just honest. The kind of cooking that fits into real life, and the kind of hosting that doesn’t feel stressful or forced.

At True’s Table is really just about gathering. About creating a space where people can come together, share a meal, and stay a little longer than they planned.

I’m really glad you’re here.
